3. Conditions of return Note: Please note that you must return each product or service within 14 days in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unopened, unused and complete. These items must not have any additional signs of use or damage. If you used the product or service and return within 14 days, the restocking cost of 30 GBP will be applied. You have 14 days to return the faulty device. Only the returned Products will be taken together (accessories included) and in perfect condition of resale (examples: the product must not include a mark on the product intact, product not broken, not scratched (s), packaging of the product on which are indicated the bar code, the serial number, etc.). The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
